In Core Keeper, your avatar is dropped into a mysterious dark cavern. You find yourself in a room with a powered-down core, connected to three statues that seem to require gemstones to run. What now? Essentially, you dig your way out from the center to find food, supplies, and enemies to battle. It’s sort of like the graphics of Stardew Valley with the gameplay of Minecraft.

You’ll come across plenty of naturally occurring food, but it’s not nearly as effective as the health boost and Em excesso perks you can get from learning to cook.

Boss order and world exploration are theoretically quite flexible, given this is a sandbox game. There is currently only one solid gate to progress: defeating the first 3 bosses. Which separates this guide into two parts.

Hunger: How hungry you are. If you're too hungry, you'll suffer some stat penalties. If you're stomach is full, you'll get a "Well Fed" buff that boosts your stats for a short time.

Alternatively, you can also hunt down monsters in their conterraneo habitat in specific biomes in Core Keeper, you can achieve this by building traps to catch the monsters.

Your first step will be to create your character. You can adjust your cosmetic look in a variety of ways, but don't stress out about this too much — you can change the look of your character later by crafting a Magic Mirror and a Dresser at the Carpenter's Workbench.

These three Boss fights can be attempted in any order, as soon as each boss is found. They're all pre-spawned at set distances in the world. Players may chose to prepare more by progressing through these first 4 tiers of equipment based on the materials found in the initially accessible biomes.

I may be in a cave with dirt walls lit only by torchlight, but in that cave I've got a little farm growing lovely, chunky vegetables and a cooking pot where I can combine them for yummy meals. I've built bridges over dark, bottomless chasms and slashed through chambers filled with wriggling larvae only to find the perfect serene fishing spot in a underground pond. 

The game design of the production is certainly the most alive and irrepressible part, as well as the world around the main character. In addition, I have given names to some animals within the production, which could please the colleagues of TGM.

Your next step will be to place a Bed. Aside from giving you a spawn point, a Bed can be used to rest and restore Core Keeper Gameplay your health over a few seconds. If you don't have a Bed set at your spawn point, you'll respawn at the Core if you die.

These three statues represent the first three bosses that you'll have to take on: Glurch, Ghorm, and Malugaz. Before we worry about them, though, we'll want to start cleaning up the immediate area.

Soul of Ra-Akar. Once a power is collected, the boss's sigil is added to the Souls tab of the character screen. Each sigil can be clicked to toggle that ability on or off.
